Chemical?

Last Saturday I got my first very faint positive, blood test done on Monday due to spotting and my levels were only 5.71 hcg and progesterone only a 2.49, a recheck done on Wednesday came back at 8.26hcg, home tests had gotten darker but then lighter and back to a little darker. I don’t go back for bloodwork until Wednesday to know for sure. Is there any hope? Drs said it doesn’t look good, but won’t even see me in office, won’t do anything but blood tests. I was high risk with my son and we’ve been trying for number 2 for 11 months...i was thinking this was finally it and now I’m just let down..
