Possible fertility issues

So I am going to say this may be long in advance.

My fiance and I have been together for 5 years. We haven't been actively trying to conceive but I haven't been on birth control for 4 years now. I figured when we wanted to start trying it shouldn't be any issue as my obgyn was convinced I would be good to go. However in the last few months I have been having hot flashes, irregular periods, fatigue etc. I saw my obgyn last week and she is starting to think I may have fertility issues. So she order a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound, lab work to test my hormone levels and did a pap which is normal. I am trying to not worry about a possible infertility issue but I cant help but worry. Our wedding is in 18 days and I really dont want added stress. Has anyone had something like this? I'm going to be 30 in a few months, had previous hormone levels drop into menopause when I was 18, have a cervical polyp as well. Just trying to not over stress but I dont want to get my hopes up that I will be able to having a baby without assistance like IVF,IUI.
