I'm so sick

Hello there

We've been ttc for 2 years next month and today we have an appointment with the specialist.

And I'm not sure if it's stress but today I woke up with terrible abdominal pain and lower backpain and I'm SO nauseous it's not even funny.

I'm having diarrhea and neckpain and migraine as wel.. I'm definitely not pregnant because I had my period with a full flow a few weeks ago we didn't even have sex after my period.

I imagined going to the specialist would be a good thing.. But now it's even more stressful because she's probably going to investigate me.. And I don't want to smell sick or like diarrhea..

Of course I'll shower first but it still kind of scares me
