How early can you have pregnancy symptoms?

I am only 4 DPO right now but my nipples have been hard and sensitive for 3 days now. This has never been a period symptom for me so I’m curious if this could really be an early pregnancy sign this soon ?? Has anyone else ever experienced pregnancy symptoms almost immediately after ovulation?

At 6dpo I had implantation bleeding then 3 days after my test was positive and my nipples hurt a lot. (But i miscarriage 10 days after)

I’m wondering the same thing bc I always get sore boobs during my “tww” and then AF arrives but this time I noticed sore nipples all the way from ovulation until now and I’m 9dpo.
