32 weeks and waking up with super swollen hands

I have an ob appt today....( which I may have to reschedule due to my 5 year old running a fever and throwing up.)

But..

The last few weeks every morning when I wake up my hands and feet are usually pretty swollen which I know is common. I also must add I drink an incredible amount of water everyday. It's my favorite thing at the moment next to ice cubes.

This morning my hands are the most swollen they have ever been.. I also have a headache so I was taking some Tylenol and dropped one and could barely pick it up because of my sausage fingers.

I guess I'm just wondering when does it become something to be concerned about? I've told my ob about the swelling in the past and he didn't seem to be concerned. I'm already giving urine samples at each appt. To check for protein as I've had high blood pressure in past pregnancys.

Anyone else in the same boat?
