12 week Spurt?

We are now at 12 weeks and she's been crying all day on and off (without tears) but holding her will not satisfy, laying her down even worse. She suckles on her hands a lot

My little man has been like this on and off since around 10 1/2 weeks (he’s 12 weeks on Thursday). I wasn’t sure if it was an early spurt 🤷🏻‍♀️ He does have some suspiciously teeth-like looking marks on his gums so it could be teething. 🤔

Yeppppp, grumpy, whining, sleeping and eating different! Must be a growth spurt. 
Luckily they usually only last a week.

Mines been sucking on her hands so much she doesn't want a pacifier most of the time. Last night was the worst. She didn't want to be held but she didn't want to be laying flat. Had to put her in her rock and play chair and I had to stay up with her because I didn't want her sleeping in it. She just smiled at me and wiggled around a bunch. She just flat out wouldn't sleep just wanted to party all night. We were up til 2am. 😵😣😴

My son has been doing the same except he's 14 weeks. And it started around 11 12 weeks. He suckles on his hands. And he does not want to be put down. I was thinking teething too but doesnt look like it on his gums
