No Judgement - Power Nursing?
I’ve heard of power pumping to mimic cluster feeding, but has anyone tried power nursing?
My 3-month old would love to use me as a pacifier any chance they get. Even if they’re only sucking ~10 minutes every hour would that be enough of a stimulation to boost my supply?
