Hello to anyone who is reading this. My question is.....What is good for "Eczema" I was told that's what I've on my hands and it won't stop itching at all. Between the itchiness, redness and swelling is driving me crazy....This is my first time having this and it's getting annoying.

I've gone to a pharmacy and I do see that they've so many options but I don't know which is good that will help and not make it worse......Does anybody know what is good for eczema? Or anything else might can help to calm the itchiness?
