Money troubles

I’m flat broke I have no car, and I no jobs around me are hiring. I’m in school full time, and I have a 400$ bill coming in and Idk how to pay for it. I’m literally so desperate I might have to make a lude craigslist post and try and come up with the money. I’m so scared idk what to do
