Excessive discharge and gushing

Can someone PLEASE reassure me that I’m not the only woman who has this issue, I’m at a loss with how to stop it/mitigate it...

I experience HUGE amounts of discharge. Usually clear or white, but it gushes out of me almost with force and at random points (like a period gush where you fill part of a pad). It instantly goes through layers of clothing. Sometimes it’s enough to run down the inside of my legs in seconds. I’ve seen a GP and been examined too and there’s no infection...but to provide further info, when the GP took out the speculum it was half full of discharge?

I’ve stopped wearing pantyliners as it can worsen it, I don’t douche, and definitely not pregnant.

What can I do? Help! Does anyone else have it this bad? I feel really abnormal.
