Anyone have any idea what this might be?
They are skin colored bumps. They don’t bother her at all and we haven’t changed anything! They seem to “inflame” when she gets mad or hot? Her skin is usually so clear and smooth! I noticed this today. She did have baby acne when she was tiny but hasn’t since. I figured she was too old for that. She’s almost 16 weeks old!
These last two are how her face usually looks.
