So my three month old is a little bit on the chubby side, he has chin and neck rolls. I try to bathe him every day but there are some days where i cant so i have to skip a day and when i do i notice between his neck rolls is white and a little smelly, as well as a lot of redness sometimes a little bit of blood

Besides trying to bathe him every day, are there any creams or anything to use for the redness to try to calm this area down
