Chromosomal Abnormality

We previously did testing at 10 weeks and found out we are having a girl. Results came back saying our baby has only one X chromosome (meaning Turners). On 9/11 at my anatomy ultrasound it was hard to see the heart and baby was measuring a little small so my OB asked if we wanted to do another chromosome test. This test showed that only part of one of the X’s is missing (good news) but there is a duplication or extra piece of chromosome 17. Does anyone have any experience with this? We are distraught and emotionally drained.
