Actually watching porn I’d say 18 or older. Magazines or pictures maybe a little younger. It’s normal to to curious but porn can set you up with unrealistic expectations of sexual relationships

I started when i was 13 n i totally regret it tbh. My brain is FULL of ridiculously sexualized women and violent men. I wish i never started at all sometimes. I stopped like a year ago and i swear my brain has changed for the better. My main issue was that during sex i would find myself checking out mentally, and memories of porn scenes i had seen would be playing thru my imagination. I rly would prefer to be focused on the moment, my partner, my body..  im not saying porn is bad but i rly recommend to watch it sparingly. And if u masturbate too it, make sure u also sometimes masturbate without porn to keep ur brain truly connected to yourSELF <3
