I’m trying to explain to my bf that I want to feel special and he dosnt really do little things to make me feel special

He feels coming to my house every second night (I go to his on the other) should make me feel special, we basically live together but at different houses each night)

he says if he drives me somewhere I should feel special (mind you he says he likes driving so I let him drive, I even let him drive my car)

I’ve only been surprised by him a couple times, mostly on Valentine’s Day......

He says he goes to work (works about 10hr days) packs his lunch to come over to my house, etc etc I know he works long and hard I do a physical job myself as well.

I’ve taken him on surprise dates to food places because he likes food and get him things I know he would like/appreciate

I just want to hear what others have to say or think

Also I’d like to hear what your partners do that make you feel warm and heart thumping inside.

Ps sorry for the little rant, just feeling frustrated and left on the back burner.
