What is causing your panic attack? I used to have them randomly and found that if I just carried on with what I was doing It was over pretty quickly. I never wanted to be on my own though as this made it worse

None of these work for me. I do better when hubs rubs my back and reminds me how much he loves me and he will always take care of me no matter what. Sounds silly but I guess I need comfort during those times. Plus I'm hyperventilating so bad that moat of these options aren't even possible for me.

I do like my own breathing exercises like take really deep breathes hold them as long as i can and then exhale and just keep doing it till i start feeling better

My husband just squeezes the hell out of me and says sweet things and tries to tell me I'm safe. It keeps me from running away (literally).

My husband and I dated for years before we just recently got married. I've always had severe anxiety and panic attacks. The medicine my doctor gives me helps a lot. Hot detox baths and tea also helps. At first it was hard for my husband to understand but know he knows when I'm having anxiety or panic attacks and he helps me the best he can.
