4 months late for my menstrual cycle

I need help and advice...😫 I haven’t had an period since 4 months ago which is June 28-July 1 ,2019 , is it possible that I’m pregnant. I took 3 test at the clinic and all came back negative . This is the first time ever i had this problem being this late for my cycle.
