First bubble bath after delivery?

How long did you wait? My peanut is one week old today and I just wanna soak in a bubble bath! P.S. I’ve showered 😂

Dr said not to take one until 6 weeks 😭 too much bacteria in bubble baths and cervix might not be closed yet!

i had c section so I do not even care abouth bubble bath I know for sure I can not have that.

I know you’re supposed to wait until 6 weeks, but I had a severe case of mastitis at 3 weeks post part I’m. My fever was 103.8, and the only way I could feel better for a half second from the chills was to take a bath.. so I did. Everything is ok so far, but definitely consult your doctor first!

My nurses had me take a plain water bath in the jacuzzi tub 24 hours after birth 🤷‍♀️
