bleeding???

so my bf and i had sex two days after my period and i started bleeding after i orgasmed so i figured it was a late reaction from my period so i dismissed it. then the day after i had pains similar to a uti for about two hours then they completely disappeared. (i did pee after sex and i’m very hygienic) two days later we had oral sex and when i orgasmed, i began to bleed right after. it’s a vaginal bleed so i’m not sure what’s going on. anyone know what’s going on?? should i see my dr or is this normal?
