When does sleep regression stop?

How long does it last? I’m struggling but he’s about to get his third set of jags soon so about to be hell😭. How long has your babies (4 month) sleep regression lasted ?

It’s been going on for like a month here.  At its worst, he woke up every hour and a half.  It’s gotten slightly better but we still wake up 4-5 times a night.  I’m straight up dying.  I literally have to slap myself to stay awake to nurse him sometimes.  This ends, right?

I'm running on steam too. She started it riiight before I went back to work, like 2 weeks before she turned 4months. She's about to turn 5 months and I can't tell if it's getting better or I'm becoming more delusional....

Mine was about a week, then a few days of great sleeps, then another week. Seems good now tho! 19+2 today.
