Breastmilk afternoon shortage.
Unfortunately, I had to give up and start supplementing in the afternoons because I don't have enough milk. I'm not sure why this happens, but the milk is not being produced fast enough for my LO to be breastfeed between 5-8pm. I always put him on breast anyway to stimulate the need, but it's been weeks and my supply has not adjusted. Any advice on what should I try? Anyone else dealing with a similar issue?
