My baby  is one week old now and I notice that overnight he like to stay up for about 3 to 4 hours is this normal?

Try to cluster feed your baby from 5 to 9 or 10 and they should sleep better at night! This is what my doctor said at my babies one week appointment! Last night I went to bed at 11 woke up at three and again at six! It was amazing! It took a couple of nights, and I know not every night is going to be up last night, but it was a great night! I feel so refreshed after how many nights of hardly any sleep!

I had this, I if you feed every 3 hours throughout the day, throughout the night he should sleep which this is where I feed her every 4 hours (which she doesn’t wake up to, I have to wake her) maybe an idea.. worked for me & my baby is only 6 days old xx

He does not know night from day as yet until he settles into a routine, so yes very normal x
