Tips for Making Healthier Craving Choices!
Ladies, we all know the cravings are legit.
I've always considered myself a very conscious eater. I make sure to eat plenty fruits and veggies and stay decently active.
I was pescetarian for 1 year and half prior to pregnancy but I've fallen of the wagon. I crave chicken pot pies and home meals that tend to be meat based (soups, sammitchez etc.) it's common for me to indulge in meat besides fish now because the cravings are so hard to ignore.
Anyone else struggle with this and have any tips?
I know it mostly boils down to plain will power but the "oh what's one dish" mentality seems to really have ahold of my brain.
