3 weeks later 💙🌈 birth story.

I never posted on here when baby boy was born, but I had a sweep at 41 weeks, started contracting within two hours. All in my back 😭 went to L&D at 10pm on the 10th September. I was only 1cm so went home and laboured at home till 2am when my waters broke, I noticed he poo’ed in me 🙃 went back to L&D. I was 3cm, no pain relief was given. He was being monitored and his heart rate was dipping with every contraction. (Wow back labour was the worst thing I’ve ever felt.) finally got gas and air at 7:30am, drs decided baby boy was distressed and I was only 5cm dilated.

Had an emergency C-Section and our beautiful boy came into the world at 9:05am 11th September 2019. Weighing 8lbs 2oz. This was totally a long story short but didn’t wanna bore anyone.

He’s the most amazing thing to ever happen to us. Even if I did get an infection in my wound and readmitted to hospital to be hooked up on IV antibiotics. He is so worth it. His chubby cheeks make me wanna smush him. Congratulations to all the new mamas ❤️
