Babies r us gift cards

I’m not sure if anyone can help me on here but I live in Canada so the babies r us stores are still open and running. I have a few gift cards to use and I was going to purchase a baby carrier online. Well when I go to check out they only give me the option to pay with credit card. The option to pay wth gift card or pay pal doesn’t come up. It’s all suppose to show up tho so I’m confused. Has anyone else had this issue when trying to make a purchase on the babies r us Canada website?
