What clothes to buy for summer newborn?

Hi All, I am just confused what do I need to buy for a summer new born? The baby’s first 3 months are going to be summer time and babies usually sleep most of he time. I don’t wish the baby to get very hot/cold. Please suggest if fullbody sleeping suits are too warm for a newborn in summer? Do they wear singlets below sleeping suits or swaddles? What all clothes do they need to actually wear throughout the day in the first few weeks for optimum temperature outside the womb but still not get too hot.
