I’m only 19 and google is saying breast cancer according to my symptoms?

They looked like this for a long time and I just disregarded it a few weeks ago. I don’t have fever or anything sickness feeling.

They are just shaded pink and they are always warm ?!? WHY. ?? My son is 12 weeks

Has this happened to anyone else ?

I’m breastfeeding and alternate sides each time so that’s why ones really small🤣🤣
