Belly band?

Is anyone using a belly band to help with the ligament/back pain?? If so, which one actually helped? There are so many different kinds 😣

Recommended by my chiropractor. It stabilizes the joint and doesn’t make you rely on it and make things worse in the long run like most belly bands do.

I got just a very basic one on amazon and honestly I feel like any of them will really help. I started out only wearing mine part of the time but I now wear it nearly 24/7. It takes the pressure off of everything and really helps on the days u feel more bloated and heavy.

I use the Upsie Belly by Belly Bandit which was recommended by my dr and paid for by insurance. I suffer of sciatic nerve pain and pelvic pain

I was using one from 14 weeks onward but just learned that it weakens your muscles and pelvic floor so i stopped. Apparently it’s better for your body to acclimate to the new weight of your uterus

I bought this one on amazon and I felt it was helpful! I wear it on and off. Also just do some prenatal yoga and stretch daily.
