Is there some sure fire way to avoid leaking period blood all over at night? I use HUGE pads and still manage to ruin my sheets and my pajamas. (Tampons give me worse cramps) It goes like all the way up my back! 😒 I usually set a towel down under me too as a backup.. 🙃🙃
