Wonder Weeks Leap question

Does anyone follow the wonder Weeks leap app?

My daughter is in her 3rd leap (12 weeks) and her sleeping has been really good until now. Full disclosure: It's not HORRIBLE but it's not as good as it was before. I'm just wondering for those of you who have gone through this already, does her good sleep return after this leap is over?? Lol Yes I know..every baby is different but I'm just wondering.
