What can I do next?

Okay let’s start off I am young early 20s and I became a manager a few months ago at my job and ever since I’ve had problems with one of the employees at least twice a week, this employee is the only one that gives me a problem and she goes around and shit talks about me and says she’s gonna have her daughter beat me up, I’d be angry too if I wasn’t getting dick, she’s a Terrible manager ( I don’t let this employee get free food like other managers allow), says bc I am new and afraid, she acts like she runs the store on my shift, she acts like she is just hot shit. And is just so dramatic and says I’m disrespectful and that she doesn’t know how I can say the things I say and I am literally about to lose my shit. I just can’t deal with it any longer this has been going on months and by the way I have never ever said anything disrespectful to her or anyone at that matter, everyone hears what is said between the both of us and most of the time I just don’t say anything back and go do my thing while she just sits there and shit talks me to everyone and they just ignore her and I have talked to the person above me and she just DOES NOTHING. Should I just go above her to the owners?
