Evening primrose oil.
Have any of you moms taken evening primrose oil? My midwife is really pushing for me to take it but I'm just not sure if it will do anything to "increase labor".
If you have taken it, did you take it orally or vaginally? An how did it work for you?
I really want more information on this or basically on anything that could possibly help increase my chances of labor
