Should I Speak to a Professional?
So, I have a few questions and I really don’t know where to ask them so sorry in advance if I got the right group 😬😬.
Well anyways, I’m 16 and I’m a very emotional person. I find it very difficult to control when I cry and how much, and honestly I just cry a lot about almost anything. At first I thought I was just emotional but I’m kind of getting concerned that I Cry More than I should. If I were to make a rough estimate it would be that I cry anywhere around 10-40 times a month (Ik huge range but it rlly depends). I’m not a sad person, I’m actually really cheerful, energetic, and social (but I Do get lonely easily). Sometimes I do get lots of anxiety like during tests and I’ve even had a small panic attack, So maybe I should ask a family doctor or school councillor or something about what’s going on? Idk what do y’all think?
