I'm heart broken 😭😭😭

According to the app I'm 5 weeks and 1 pregnant. This past 2 days I have been having a sharp pain on my left back side and today I went for an abdominal scan and the doctor said that he doesn't see anything and doesn't see anything for it to be an octopic pregnancy and then made me to take a pregnancy test and it was positive. I don't know what to do I'm literally crying. What can be a cause for this?
