What can't you do when your pregnant?

I know obviously you can't drink or smoke 
but what else can't you do when your pregnant?

I know you've said you know not to drink but this is a topic very near and dear to my heart.

Please Please Please, no matter what ANYONE says (including doctors) don't even consume 1 drop of alcohol.
It's a common misconception that "just a sip" won't hurt but, in reality, "just a sip" is all it takes.

Other than that:
Avoid Caffeine
No Smoking of any kind; avoid second hand as well
No Recreational drugs, 
No raw, unpasteurized meats or dairy products
Avoid fish that is high in mercury
Avoid paint fumes, herbicides, pesticides
For cleaning, using baking soda and vinegar in place of other household chemical cleaners
Do not take any prescription or non-prescription medication (including aspirin) without consulting your physician first
Avoid reptiles- they carry salmonella
Cat litter- either let your spouse/partner deal with it or protect yourself (and baby) by wearing disposeable gloves to avoid toxoplasmosis 
Avoid over heating (no hot tub, really hot baths, sauna)

Drink too much caffeine, eat certain foods, when heavily pregnant you can't sleep on your stomach. Etc. If you are pregnant your midwife should tell you all the stuff you can and can't do😊
