Fenugreek and breastfeeding
Anybody else get an upset stomach? Also did it upset baby’s tummy? She was up all night and it’s the only thing I can think of that changed. I need to up my milk supply because I’m not pumping enough when at work but if it is making both of us feel worse then it’s not worth it to me. Just looking for others experiences.
