How often do your babies/kids eat spinach?

I feel like everyone talks about the importance of spinach. My LO rarely ever eats it. I know it's high in oxalates which aren't great for the body...

My child would rather die than eat spinach 😆 So she rarely eats it. Only when I sneak it in.￼

My son gets it at least a couple times a week. We put it in his pouches, he can’t have any dairy so we have to rely on other things such as spinach and strawberries for his calcium.

Make whole leaf spinach and add about 4-5 chicken Bouyon(however that's spelled lol sorry) but the chicken cubes in it on the stove letting the cubes melt and stir good..my kids LOVE this. I also did it with my 11m olds homemade baby food and she tears the club up with it. You can get these just about any food store and they also have the beef kind but chicken is better. And no chicken broth isn't the same in the spinach cause the cubes ha e a much better stronger flavor and taste totally different.

I put it in his smoothies. Sometimes he’ll pick it off my plate when he’s all hyper at a restaurant, but that’s rare. He’s 3, his pediatrician told me it’s fine for me to still hide his veggies at this age.

My kids like baby spinach raw in salads and slightly wilted in pasta. 
You dont need to worry about oxalates unless you are prone to kidney stone. Oxalates are in a lot of foods so youd have to eliminate broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, peppers, blueberries...
