FIRST PREGNANCY - confused 🥴🥴

i've been trying to get pregnant for 10 months now.....now that i got my 3 positives, yesterday at 12 DPO.....Im confused, scared (horrified, really) and i have SO. MANY. QUESTIONS.

According to Glow, my last period started September 3rd, so i would be roughly 4 weeks and 6 days.

i took one blue dye test, 1 pink dye and 1 digital. should i continue taking them or tracking anything?

when do i call the doctor? how many weeks do I have to wait?

- what will they do at the doctor?

- urine test, blood...ultrasound?

basically, im horrified of a tubal baby or something crazy...will they check on the first time?

do i do/not do anything now?

my mouth is SO dry, is that normal?
