For those that EBF, can you share your pumping and nursing schedule with me?

My LO is 1 month old and I’d like her to get more used to the bottle now. She takes it only sometimes but I’d like to do both. I’m just stuck how often I should pump vs nurse? Can someone share their schedule with me so I can get a better idea?

I would say, when you nurse on one side use a haaka to catch milk from the other side. Wayyy easier than pumping in my opinion. You only need to pump for missed feedings, like when you are away from baby or baby took a long nap and you’re feeling full. But yea, if you aren’t actively going to be away from baby right now the easiest thing to do is the haaka pump. Then once you are away from baby, pumping should be done every 3 hours.

I have an 8 week old. I nurse in demand. I pump every morning when I first wake up bc I get the most then. I have over 100 ounces in 3 weeks. I go back to work 7 weeks. When I back to work I will feed baby then leave 3-4 4 ounce bottles. Then nurse on demand when I get home. Pump 3x while at work
