Boyfriend was a job night or a job that makes him stay gone.

I've been talking to this guy since April and we got together as a couple and he moved in aug. I have two kids that's not his and he claims them and loves them. He has in head we need more money .. and we're great right now. But he starts a nes job from 3pm to 11 pm ... next week hopefully in 3 month he goes on days. . But now his buddy has told him about his job that's keep u aways for a week or weeks .. that's pays 1500 a week... I want to see him .. lay next to him... I want a family man.. I thought he wanted to be there for me and my kids. I just don't know what to say to change his mind about that job that keeps u away for a week or so..what topics or saying would u say to convince him to stay without being controlling.
