Natural/ pregnancy friendly remedy for anxiety
So I had anxiety for years, clinching my jaw and sleep loss are my big symptoms. I’ve been on a low dose medication prior to getting pregnant. Now I’m off. I’m noticing that I’m clinching my jaw/ getting headaches again. I do meditate everyday... but what other natural remedies can help anxiety??
Edit: obviously working out... but that’s not possible right now. Lavender oil?? Is that safe? Idk
