Hey ladies.

I’m a bit overwhelmed so bare with me as i try to make sense of all this.

My LO will be 6 weeks old Wednesday and since then she has her tongue and lip ties revised and has been put on meds for reflux. Gas has been a huge issue and we’ve tried gripe water and gas drops.

I started to look into reflux due to her spitting up but i think i was overfeeding her and by that i mean anytime she cried i latched her... so nap time wasn’t happening. Anyways, one night she was super fussy i latched her and she puked all over.. that lead me to figure out overfeeding! Well reflux is still possible but then i looked into a fast letdown. I think this might be my issue and the symptoms are very similar to reflux. Sometimes she takes the letdown well but the issue is, is GAS. She is constantly fussy and not a happy baby. When i do latch her she gets the letdown and falls asleep and doesn’t even nurse both sides. I’m at a loss as to what to do but the constant fussiness is putting me outta my mind.
