August period was 28, 29, 30, 31 and ended Sept 1

I was suppose to start sept 28 and it into October.

I’m now 7 days late.

I went to the restroom 11:45 this morning and I wiped, there was a little tinge of blood. So I’m like great and I put my soft disc feminine ring thing in and then I went to remove it to check to see if it was time to change and how heavy my flow was and it was empty except for the picture below. Total of 6 hours.

I took a test yesterday since I was 6 days late and of course it was negative. So I’m assuming now No chance of being pregnant and now my periods are off schedule and it will straighten out and come soon?
