How long did it take you to successfully conceive?

I've been off of birth control for a long while now, like a year and a half or something, and have had 1 miscarriage and at least 1 chemical. I was on birth control from age 16-19. I'm now nearly 21.
Anyone else have trouble with TTC after the pill? I think it's total bullshit that it's harmless to the female system. 😭 It's been so hard.

I also think it’s BS! I think it harms more than they lead us on to believe. Been off the pill for 4 years and still nothing.... went through all the tests and was told it’s “unexplained infertility” 😔

I took my last pill in December and had my withdrawal bleeding first week of January. I then found out I was pregnant in early April and I had a chemical. I'm now waiting for my positive opk this month.

Took my last pill last December, been trying since January and nothing. I’m about to try clomid for the first time. I will never get on any birth control ever again. I was on it for 10 years off and on and now it’s a struggle to get pregnant as I’m not getting my period.

I believe it is harmful to some women but there a lot of women who get pregnant right away. But I think its also how long you been on it. It took my mom 2 yrs when she did it.
