So my stepsons mother, who I have tried numerous times to get along with. She still refuses to be civil with me, despite me being married to her ex and being her sons step mother for over 5 years. We have custody and she gets visitations. We have a meeting spot and I drop him off since my husband is usually working. Anyways we had a big arguement recently again, cause my stepson is starting to refuse to go over there and she thinks it has something to do with us talking badly about her (which we honestly never even talk about her in this house)....well anyways my father in law lives with us, and today was my stepsons birthday. So she called my FATHER IN LAW....not me not my husband not my stepson....and asked if she could come and bring him a cake... we let her see him early for his birthday on friday. So anyways I'm beyond pissed at my father in law and at her because I feel disrespected she has never been allowed to my house and as a woman I feel like this is my territory and she crossed it. Especially after all the drama she caused this week....anyways I just had to vent. Maybe I'm overreacting....
