Is it normal though?

Is it normal to never ever have time with your spouse when you have kids? We've been together a while now and I feel like we never have time together. Its finally starting to get to me. He refuses to find a sitter for even a couple hours because once you have kids they're "your problem". This doesn't feel right to me. I feel like I'm nothing compared to our kids. I just asked for ONE kid free date and he said no. We have the ability to get a sitter for a couple hours, he just doesn't want to. I cant remember the last time we were actually alone.
