Amazing guy

Theres this guy I really like and he feels the same way the only problem is he is my cousins best friend and I dont know what to do about it. I really want to be with him but I dont want my cousin to feel like I'm takeing his friend away. Any advice??

Update: his parents don't approve of me because of the fact my cousins his best friend

Update: we are giving eachother our stuff back tomarow. I dont expect him to hide things from his parents and so we are just going back to the way things were. Not going to lie it hurts a lot but oh well.
