Teething questions

Okay, so my baby has been teething since 2.5 months. We have four teeth so far! He’s working on two more.. so here are my questions

1) does it start to get easier after they break a few? He’s still having a pretty rough time at night .. up every two hours

2) do babies who get so many teeth this early work on other skills later? He can only tripod sit. Maybe sit up straight for a few seconds.. and just swims during tummy time and inch worms a very little? Just wondering if the pain interferes bc literally all he wants to do is bite everything lol
