Ovulation day symptoms? (Please read!)

Yesterday was my ovulation day (I’ve been using OPKs and it was the day after my peak, so yes I’m sure it actually was O day) and woke up with the most horrible sinus headache on one side of my head. Also horrible nausea all day, fatigue, and light a tightness in my lower abdomen.

I’ve never had symptoms like this before. Are these normal symptoms of ovulation? Could this be a sign of conception? Or is it totally unrelated that I just felt crappy yesterday? Lol
