How long did you wait to tell close family?

I have had two previous miscarriages both under 7 weeks (before the first ultrasound). This was just taken during one of my 20 pee breaks 😳. I am only a day late. My lines have never been this dark. When did you wait to tell family?

I have also had a previous MC. I told parents and siblings at 9 weeks. Will wait till 15 weeks when we find out gender to tell friends and the rest of the family!

I had 2 miscarriages last year and we just had a private scan showing baby was pushing over 12 weeks in measurement with a strong heartbeat so we decided to tell the family and close friends. 
My little brother put the scan on fb and my partners brother told the entire room we were in he was gonna be a uncle 😂

I told my parents and sister literally right away. We have a chromosome disorder (balanced translocation) so they know our risk of miscarriage is high, my mom had 6. I miscarried at 10 weeks. I wouldn’t have made it without their support. 
I only told my best friends and no other family members.

Also, congrats! We waited 12 weeks to tell our parents, the week after for close friends. I’m 15 + 3 and just telling people at work now. I’d recommend waiting. People are just as excited knowing at 6 weeks as they are 12 weeks, they just have less time to wait to meet the little one is all 😊

I told my immediate family as soon as I got the positive. Hubby told his after the first scan so 8 weeks. It’s up to you! I figured if the pregnancy wasn’t viable I would want my mum and sister around to support me 🤷🏻‍♀️ (and my 2 best friends!!)

We told family at 7.5 weeks after our 1st US. We had a lose earlier this year.  I dont plan on openly announcing to the world until after 12 weeks.

I waited til 3 months pregnant but I still haven't told some family just close family I might wait til 16 weeks. Your dogs are so cute the one with the toy in his or her mouth is looking at you with so much love 😍💓
